Hi, I’m Dr. Dan Purser. For too long, autism has been treated as a mystery with only symptom management. In this episode, I break down what I’ve seen consistently in practice: the real root cause behind many cases on the spectrum.
It starts with genetic variants (especially MTHFR and related SNPs) that break the transsulfuration pathway. When kids can’t efficiently convert homocysteine into glutathione, they lose their ability to detox heavy metals and environmental toxins. The result is chronic inflammation, oxidative stress, and developmental challenges.
The good news? Once we identify these biochemical and genetic imbalances through proper testing, we can intervene at the root with targeted support — restoring methylation, rebuilding glutathione function, and giving the body what it needs to heal.
This isn’t theory. It’s the Purser Method® in action.
If you’re a parent searching for real answers instead of just labels, this episode is for you. The root cause has been solved. Now let’s talk solutions.
Boom boom boom. Oh, I'm on. Okay. [laughter] Hey, this is Dr. Dan Perer. Let's dig into this. Um, this is my autis I've really I've really been worrying about this, thinking about this, pondering this for weeks. Um, and so you're going to have to hear my story a little bit first as we dig into this because this
is one of the most important videos I probably ever shot and I shot some doozies. I've shot something that got two million views. Um, so this is called Autism Answered. Um, really probably a better name would be the real genetics of ADHD and autism that makes this now
treatable. [clears throat] I don't know what is going off my voice today. Anyway, it's something with these events. I always get a little horse in here, too. Yeah, me too. Um, so and so genetics. Uh, wait, what?
I mean, that sounds kind of esoteric and complicated and and boring and um hang with me because this is not this is going to be the most exciting genetic talk you've ever heard because this is cool, life-changing, lifealtering stuff
for families and kiddos. So, they have autism or ADHD. I don't care if they're 21 or 23 or three or whatever. So, I'm going to tell you stories about patient visits, things like that. We're going to dig into this. Um, and everything I say
will make sense. Uh, the picture with most of our autistic kiddos will become really clear finally. Um, so, hey, my name is Dan Perer. I'm an MD. I'm going to be sipping water all day apparently.
I may run out. I have to go to the bathroom. Um, but I'm I make my living doing research and dealing in um root cause diagnoses of complex medical problems. And I'm really good at figuring out root causes. So good in fact that that uh my I've been voted by
my patients to be ranked as the number one solo MD in the USA, which is crazy. I I am nothing special. I just dig into stuff. I'm curious. That's about like Einstein said, my one one attribute is
I'm I'm indelibly curious. I think I probably miswed that, but that's pretty much what he said. God, that's kind of me. So, um, read my reviews. I also have the largest MD practice in the world, largest MD genetics practice in the world. And, um, and ADHD, autism is a
genetic problem, just not in the way most geneticists have believe it is or have been saying it is. U, they are simply wrong. uh to sorry I'm going to get get into a war with all the genesis out there about ADHD and and I'm going to tell you I'm
right. I'm simply right. How do I know this? Because um because I'm not bragging I'm being all or being all greater than than now. Um but like Jensen Wang the president CEO of Nvidia Nvidia suggested the really rare humans
are empathetic and caring. He said they have super intelligent people. They're a commodity, which is odd. That's a pretty rare commodity, I'd think, but um he said the most important point here, they're empathetic and caring, but they can see around corners. That's the
people that are rare. And so that's deep, but that's me. Uh at least I think it is. Um I grew up in a small town Oklahoma in the middle of nowhere but uh got had a scholarship to Princeton um at 16 when I graduated from high school
early and um eventually ended up at BYU which a long story but which I dearly loved. Uh we figured it out in my practice that though that I am at least 8 to 12 years ahead of everyone else that the doctors even know and there are doctors who know a few they call they
will send me their resume they want to come and work with us. Um so there's some that care but most don't care and and I think maybe you might care about this but my fellow physicians really don't. The other practitioners pretty much don't even know I exist. I'm not on
their radar at all. uh while I dig into root causes, um they're stuck in an insurance-based system. It's what people hire me to do is figure out the root cause. But back to how I know I'm right. The answer, the treatment for most of
these kiddos is simple and elegant. It makes total sense. But I don't have to get you there. I got to educate you in the next 20, 30 minutes about why you need to be there and how you get there if you want to go there. And most importantly, it just works. Read my
reviews. Like I said, I have 1,400 five-star reviews. I haven't paid for any of them. I didn't even know I had them till someone told me. Uh then we got informed by Google all that stuff. My 650 page textbook on homoyine entitled Homoyine. Oddly enough, um is
coming out soon like this week or next next week. This week next week, but don't buy it. I'll tell you why in a moment. Or if you want to buy it, if you're a science geek, buy it. But um but it's the answer to this problem. I'm giving it away up front and that answer has been hiding in plain sight now for
15 to 20 years. And uh so let's dig into this. We've known about homoyine for 95 years as a as a entity in the medical field. There's not really been a treatment for it. For 43 years
they tried to starve people to death to lower their homoyine level. It's called a lomthinine, low amino acid diet, couldn't eat protein, all that. In 2002, a really smart lady physician did a whole chapter on this in my textbook,
figured out that people were dying more quickly from the starvation than from the from the uh than from the homoyine, which is a a cold eye killer. It's the number one cause of well now I believe
because of the genetics and all the other information we found. I'll get into some of that but that that it's the number one cause of heart attacks, strokes, and uh kidney failure. So it's a big deal. Um but that's not what we're
going to talk about today for autistic kids. But let me clean that up really quick. Um [clears throat] real quick. We got to pause for just a second during your little intro right now. You talked about how you don't think you're anything special u with the way you practice and you're very very humble but
you have people in the comments yelling at you that you are very special that you do leave me alone so much I don't want to be special gets you in trouble. No but the the the lack or the the lack of care that people get everywhere else is really telling. And so when they
finally find you and find this practice then it's life-changing for them. And we're seeing this now for these autistic kids even yesterday or two days ago. I have backto-back little six-year-old kids. Um and so you counsel them on their vitamins. Yep.
On their vitamins. Nutrition. So we'll see how it goes. This is Jackson talking. Yeah. Yeah. He's a licensed nutrition counselor. So accredited or whatever. What do you certified? Certified. Okay. Yeah. Um and and digs into that too. Um sorry to stop you.
That's all right. Now I was on a roll. Now I forgot I need my I'm going to lose my voice for this is over. Um so homoyine they used to think it's four gene snips that would cause it four or five. They weren't really clear on that. I've
defined it strictly. It's 22 gene snips. They're all methylation genes by the way. Yeah. They're all like MTH of R C67T and A1298C or just compounder. So all three versions will definitely cause
a an increase in your homoyine level if you're not malnourished. Remember that. So uh it's worse to be malnourished and to have a highine level. I'll explain that why here in a second. Um but um the
um the pe the the people that they that go and check their homoyine before we even get dig into all of it usually are back come back go my homoyine level is normal I'm okay I don't really have it that's not the problem especially with kids
with autism if you if I say you have a genetic homoyine problem that means you have one of those or more of those 22 snips um that are homoy us which disrupts your transuleration pathway.
Jackson, can you put up a picture of the transuleration pathway? Our diagram transforation pathway is how you convert homocyine to glutathione. And if you can't convert homocyine to glutathione, that's a 90% reduction in your in your
glutathione production. It's shut off right at that homoyine mark because homoyine gets converted to glutathione. If it doesn't, homoyine goes up. um unless you're malnourished. And um so
that means you can't detox. So let me explain it even more simply. Those kids with autism can't detox. Uh and I mean that medically. I don't mean that some magical voodoo like term where you can give minima stuff like
that. Nope. Not the answer. Won't work. I deal with 50, 60, 55, 65 year old people, 45, 35 year old people all the time are toxic. They know they're toxic. They're they're suffering from it. And that's because they have a homoyine
problem. The question you that everyone should ask next is why what why is this? What what's gone wrong? Well, these snips, like I said, don't allow you to convert um homoyine. they disrupt that
transpiration pathway. Uh look, let's take CBS for example. A lot of you have CBS and it was it's been known as a long time as something that causes a highine level. Well, here's why. It disrupts uh Jackson. Show those slides up there too.
It disrupts the u the uh homocyine uh sorry the conversion of homoyine to to glutathione right there. It's right in the middle of it and shuts it down. You cannot make glutathione if you have a almost like a CBS. You'll make some
enough to kind of like barely stay alive. But let's dig further into that. Some kids don't have a homoyine problem. 40% at least we think. And so they don't become autistic or have ADHD.
Think about it. There are kids who aren't affected by that shot we all know about or that or you know some kind of toxic insult that whatever the toxic insult is um and they're not bothered by
it because they can clear it because they make plenty glutathione but kids with a homoyine problem and every single one of the 200 plus kids I've checked now have a homoyine problem and so they can't make enough glutathione to clear
the toxins out of their body and they get that original insult. Parents know it all the time. They're like, "Yeah, he got ended up in the hospital, did something blah blah blah, and he he never came out, he was autistic or he or he got the shot or whatever." Um, this explains it. Now, you know why it
affects some and doesn't affect others. And no one's ever addressed that. No one, they just skip over that part. Why does some kids, why can some kids get all the vaccines and not be bothered by it? Um and so um because they don't have a homocyine problem and they can detox
properly and so if you can't make 90% of your glutathione you can't clear these toxins. RFK and Trump President Trump thought they had an answer with that Luca Warren. Luca Warren isn't really the
answer but for a few kids it is. But I deal with those kids all the time. There's there's there's balinic acid and widely available on Amazon. So, and we've known it for years. Can we point out real quick just on that transforation pathway, the folate cycle
over there is where folinic acid falls into play. Yeah. And so it's one one little part of the whole Yeah. But you getway those people that and I get people with Fuller 2 or Fol H2 u Fer one and Fol H sorry folate Fol H1
um uh receptor problems they can't absorb folate methylolate. Yeah. So I have to tell them take feniccast. Take folic acid. The reason they're alive and not dead is because there's so much folic acid out in the system. Contrary to what Gary Brea said scared you all to death. Um, most mortals can
absorb folic acid. Fine. We have pathways to do that. Um, and I know MTHR all this you're speaking of which of stuff of which you know not. I mean I'm I'm probably the premier expert on MTHFR on the planet right now. Especially
because it what it really does the nightmare really causes if you have certain homozygosities it causes your disruption in your transforation pathway and these kiddos these kiddos can't make enough glutathione to clear the
obstacles. So and then what do they tell you to do when your child has a high fever after receiving that shot is take Tylenol take. Yeah. because you only have 10% of your glutathione. That pretty much nukes it
for months to come. Uh and uh and you really can't there's no way they're going to clear anything at that point for for months because acetaminophen directly depletes glutathione stores in the liver. It does. Yeah. Yeah. Exactly right. So, um not slamming acetaminophen for 40% of the population,
it's fine. Yeah. But um or if you're not toxic, it's fine. But just know it's going to deplete your your glutathione. So um um so it has its purpose, has its place, but for those kids, I wouldn't use it.
So what do we do? How do how do we take care of these kiddos? What how do we find this out? We've done lots of testing like 24-hour urine for heavy metals and all that kind of stuff after we start people on glutathione that can't that are toxic and they
dump so much lead mercury arsenic organo phosphates crap like that out then while the 24-hour urine we did pre previous to the treatment is minimal but then they're like no I feel horrible I'm toxic they they're locked in you give
them a big dose of the right glutathione and they clear all those toxins. It glutathione should clear black mold. It clears every heavy metal. It will not clear tin. I'll tell you that uh from one experience I have had with that. But it'll clear every other heavy metal.
Heavenly Father designed it in an amazing way. It's really cool stuff. I know drug companies have tried to they've created llutathione acetto llutathione just all kind. They all failed. Someone just asked your thoughts on that. Yeah, they they don't work. Are you
kidding? They there there was a drug company that did that originally like um so the whole idea is trying to stabilize the reduced glutathione molecule, but it's it's a hard task. It's a hard task and there's only two pathways to do that. Yeah. And we I'm involved with both pathways.
So um so I did a lot of you may not know this. I did 10 years of pituitary endocrinology and cardiology research at USC in Los Angeles with a US assistant surgeon general and a really smart team of doctors. Me not being one of them by the way. I'm not that smart but okay. So
um Nia Patel and Chin Trron were the two PhD pharmarmacologists on our team and they were hilarious. They were smart. They taught at KEK up up in the highrise. We teased them about coming from the ivory tower to to the ghettos with us. every n every afternoon or
weekend and stuff. Um, smart guys. They own Central Drug and La Habra. They also own Auro Pharma and they didn't own they didn't own AR at the time. They got me involved with their project. Um, they were trying to make the first functional glutathione. It took four years for us
to figure it out. Get a I did the pre-clinical trial work on it. Um, and helped him guided him on the patent all that. Um, and I don't think I'm on the patent, but I was involved with the patent. They're my friends. Uh, it's their it's their it's their deal, not
mine. Though we do sell it um at a little bit of a discount here, but I Yeah, but you can also buy it from Oruroarma. And I usually start most of the really young kiddos on it are the liquid glutathione. So it could are liquid glutathon so it can be it can be
used topically and and drop to begin with so they don't you got to go slow. So gluteril, I was involved with gluteril. Nian Patel got interviewed by Joe Rogan. Go look it up. It's a big freaking deal that we developed the first functional glutathione and Gary
Brea and uh because there were no functional glutathions working validated patented functional glutathions on Amazon. They just don't work for this situation. They don't work. They're not going to help. Um, and so I then got a patent on the only oral
uh, glutathon in the world. And that's it. We we've looked at it. We think unintentionally we kind of covered the only two pathways there were. These are processed patents. Um, not molecular patents. Uh, so we don't own the molecule. God owns the molecule. Your body owns the molecule. We can't really
patent that. Um, but there's two glutathions that work the and we have capsules because we worked with another technology to make capsules, but our liquids the strongest form. Squirt it in your mouth, absorb it. Um, you can also use our ours topically. Uh, if money's a
problem because um, we're a lot less expensive than the glutel, but gutol is usually what I suggest people start with. Um, the especially for little kids. So, I see patients now two or three a day with autism and they come in
and they say, "Little Bobby, he's three going on four. He doesn't speak. He's non-verbal. He's getting worse." Yeah. Because the toxins are building up and they're going to keep building up the next 30, 40 years as long as he can live. If you don't get rid of them,
that's why they get worse. Have you wondered why is my son getting worse? He's 8 years old. He's worse than he was when he's four. Maybe he's over in the corner still stmming doing all this just you can see him trying to talk to you. They grunt. I I'm horrified. I feel so
bad for him. Uh because because what happens next after we have the parent I say put a drop of the gluterol on your foot on their foot. Rub it in. Don't let them rub it in and then talk to them, you know, put it on their back. Just a drop. Just a drop so they don't
Herxheimer. Herxheimer is German for this sucks because you don't want to you don't want to hurt when you're detoxing. It's got to go slow and these kids are got full of a lot of stuff. So, um and then gradually over three, four, eight
weeks and now you see them in followup, they become verbal. They've been wanting to talk the whole time. They start reading. Parents are shocked. The last couple I had, they're like, "Yeah, he comes in our our bedroom at night reading. It's two o'clock in the
morning. He's got a flashlight. He's reading a book, you know, with pictures and everything. He's four years old and he's talking our ear off and we're just exhausted." Like, how do how do we get him how do we get him to shut up now? Great problem to have.
Yeah. [laughter] It's hilarious. And I've heard that probably 20 times. I'm like, I you stop giving the glutathon and give them a year. But they're like, "No, you got to do it. You don't have to do it forever." Because I think gene modification, not crisp for God, I think it's horrible. Um, crisper, you can get
it done for two million a gene. Got the money or grandparents with the money want to pay for it, but I wouldn't use that technology. It's a cheaper, better, cleaner technologies to come in. So really, you can have to use the glutathione 5 to 12 years. So, and it
and it's crazy because these kids are normal. They're normal. So, and it's glutathione, not lucaorn that does it. So, that's the answer. You don't have to come and see me. You don't have to have your child see me. You don't have to do the genetic test to see me. You just try
order some gluterol from our office or or if they're older and they'll swallow capsules to go with our oral capsule glutathon. The bars glutathon. Vars stands for validatable, absorbable, reduced, stable. It's the laws of antioxidants we created in SoCal when we were doing that research. Uh, and
there's a copyright on all that, but anything we put the VA stamp on means it's all that. It's super antioxidant that works. We did the first super antioxidant vitamin C that works. It's 100% almost close. It's like 99.8%
reduced. No one's ever done that before. We're proud of that. Um, and we're proud of our Assad. It's under the same technology. We have a patent pending on a number of products. Um, and we're just I I don't think you can change God's molecules. They're just too good. Um,
and and so we got to figure out the process. We have a process now that we can convert these into active functional aggressive super antioxidants. Um, like rveratrol or what's the one we did from
olive oil? Um, oh my god, this stuff was crazy. Tyrosol. Yeah, what was it called? Hydroxyrosol. God, that was nuclear. We're gonna We're going to come back out with our hydroxy tyros from olive oil. These things are incredible what they do. When you take a
super antioxidant, handle it correctly. Man, you the world is your oyster. So, um, I love the research we do. I love what we look at. I love our team. I love Jackson. I love as mom, as my wife. Um, and I hope this helps. Start with the
glutathon. You want to work them up to slowly. Let me back up. I didn't cover all that. So, you guys are going to freak out if I don't. They want to know dosing and time of day and all that. Yeah, you can do it in the morning before they go to school or just when they get up or rub a, you know, put a drop on their back. I say put it on
their foot to begin with. They go, "Look, we're gonna put this on your foot." And um, it does slightly smell like glutathione. Sorry if you use ours. It smells like peppermint, but that's up to you. Um, and then you work it up their leg when you get to a full spike. Then you work it up to up their leg to
their liver. I just choose the liver. It's not magical. So, it does penetrate, but I don't know if it helps the liver more aggressively than anything else or what, but it's just a fun area to go. I'm going to rub this over your liver and help me rub it in. And um, and then by then they're getting a big dose. One
spray a day will be plenty. But if you want to, if you're like, "No, let's go a little faster," you can do two sprays. One in the morning, one in the afternoon, do three a day. So according how much they how big they are, how much they weigh for these little kiddos. If it's an adult child like 18, 17, 16, 20,
I go slow with it. Get them up to three sprays a day and give things swallow capsules, switch them to capsules. So otherwise use the glutel or which are much less expensive, also patented and validated. Um, liquid gluathon, spray it on their back, rub it in. That's how we
first A friend of mine, Mike Jensen, I love that guy. My best MD friend here in the valley, two-time all-American football at BYU. His brother Craig played for the uh the U Buffalo Bills all those years. And Mike got recruited, drafted by him, but he had already
actually torn his knee in the in the senior ball that year to the head of ACL tear and just went on to medical school. his brother Craig's now the one of the top physicians here in Utah too. Um Mike um Mike called me over Mike was medical
director of this facility for for handicapped kids ICFMR in Utah and he called me over to Fat Cats one night pros and bowling alley for like kids and stuff and blew me away. He said you got to come over and see this. So I went
over there and all the all the kids from the facility I knew that facility really well. I'd been medical director for a while. Um, and they were all bowling, having fun. The attend, you know, the the the uh the the uh the skilled facil
or ICF Mars attendants were there helping, you know, kind of showing him how to bowl and stuff. And this strapping blondheaded 6 foot three about 18 or 19 year old kid started talking to me. I thought he was one of the attendants, but the questions got really
strange. He's like, "Where are my mom and dad? Why am I here?" Like, "What?" And I was kind of shocked. And then Mike said kind of. Yeah. I said I started asking questions like he was five or
six. And um and um Mike said he'd been rubbing our glutathione liquid on his back for three months. And this was what he he said, "Do you remember him? He stood in the corner and self stemmed. He's a mess all the time. He he went to
the bathroom on himself." And let's look at him now. He's normal. He's normal. So they found someone to adopt him. Um cuz he was from one of the Pelicans families in southern Utah and they don't want him back there. But um um so he's readily
adopted. Good-looking kid. They just had to catch him up education wise. So if you have a 14, 15, 16 year old kid and suddenly he's talking to you, guess what? They know they've been watching, they remember a lot of what happened. So, and they'll start asking you
questions about it. It's like they awaken. It's like that in their book called Awakenings by a psychiatrist. Um, yeah. That talk Yeah. It's kind of what happens with these kiddos. And then, but guess what? They were awake the whole time. They're already awake. So, they
weren't in a coma. they're watching, listening, try were trying to talk to you all that time. It's really tragic that that that they can't talk. So, uh, if this works for you, please leave me a review. You don't have to come and see me, but it's nice to get a review. Um,
and, um, it should work. Be patient with it. Um and um there are some cytoine disorders that are a little off the charts that you may need further work with with your kids to figure those out. It's in a bad inflammation situation, but it's usually
just a homoying problem. So I see 15 genetic patients a day. You'd think I'd see someone with three eyeballs. Be so cool. Um or three arms. That'd be really cool. Like one of their chest. Um but no I see um 50 people excuse me with
inflammation and then guess what they all have a homoyine problem that's when I begin to like scratch my head going what am I looking at here that's when the books start to form out of those 15 people I see with homoyine four will have other kind of some kind of other
the cytoines that not my claim. There's tons of research on this that glutathione lowers all cytoines and gets rid of the inflammation. So that's a whole other story, whole other video for another day. Uh I am going to shoot an
alphabal alpha gal video today. uh kind of the same things we've been finding there. Um and I don't have the better answers than that, but I can prevent the symptoms from recurring uh while they're working through it. That's another story. I deal with a lot of cytoine
issues. It's really what my practice has become. It's really for immunologists, but um yeah, they don't really they don't really do much with it, so I don't get it. They don't know to yet. Yeah. Yeah. And I've got a comprehensive
genetic panel, 40 cytoine panel. That's how many cytoines are 40. So I've got a 40 cytoine panel genetic test coming out. Should be hopefully late June, early July. They're working on it right now. They let us know that yesterday. I know. And I kept changing on that in
there. I was a max full. Like I found three more. Put them in here. We kept updating. Yeah. Seriously. Want it to be comprehensive. Yeah. So um I just lead an interesting life. I I make people happy and normal. So, um if I can help with your kids, try the
glutathon first. Don't come and spend a lot of money with me. Try that first. And if you have other questions or you just want to know the genetic pieces, too, set up an appointment. We'll see you. Um and I'm going to be educating my team on genetic counseling more. It's all we're doing really. So, we can do it
across state lines. It's just genetic counseling. So, um, but I get major physicians, famous doctors who come to me, go, I got inflammation I've never told anyone. I had all my life. Can you help me? Um, and it's always a cytoine
problem. So, um, I love you. Thanks for watching. There are other questions. There are. Yeah. Now, I want to make a couple comments real quick before we jump in. Yeah. Straight me out. I probably missed some things. No, no, you it's been fantastic. I just I love the way that you talked about how
just just start the glutathione if you are wondering if this don't be just do it just start you order the glutal from Oro if you don't trust me to get it directly from them like we have some Canadian patients and they are able to order it directly from them perfect and they've been they get it they get from Oro
yeah yeah holy cow that's awesome yeah totally because it's cosmetic and so it goes or you know topical cosmetic I get it that n smart yeah yep so there ours is cosmetic take their donuts up. [laughter] Our shingular was that someone was asking about that earlier. Um, so yeah,
just go ahead and try it. And then like you said, if you want to dive, go slow. Go slow. Totally. Um, give them lots of water because they're going to dump all those toxins. What What does that feel like when they do start to detox? If they start getting those symptoms, they won't like it. It feels uncomfortable.
You're going too fast. Back it off. Wait a two, then hit them again with just a little dropper. Dude, go slow. Yeah. Do not get all excited and start dousing your kids in glutathione. Holy crap. Yeah. Yeah. You You've never had if you've never taken or the glutarel or our
varss, you never had real glutathione. I mean, it's glutathione, but it's it's not reduced. It's not stable. It's not absorbable. It's not patented. We We have patents for a reason. So, I have patents in Australia, Canada, uh
Japan. Japan, all over for glutathione. Yeah. And because there is no other. So other than I mean gluterol is the same. Someone had a good question. I'm going to read it here for you. How much is a big dose of glutathione? Glutathione ramps up my glutamate. I have homozygous
gad one snips. Then I can't sleep. Take baragaba. Do that. You're not making a paraga. Um. Yeah. And I I disagree that'll ramp it up. You don't break down glutathione. It gets carried out with the toxins. Okay. So, um, your level might go up, but it's not going to convert to
glutamine again or glutamate. Um, yeah. So, I hear you, but I'd try the pharmagabid offset. Yeah. Does Health makes an incredible product that Pharmagaba. Oh my god. Yeah, that stuff is so good. I I take three or four day. What's so cool that even the name Pharmagaba, that's a branded ingredient.
Yeah. So, it's in a bunch of other products, too. If you can find it, but I like the chewable one they have. Like, they do a great job. Some nights when I'm like really anxious about videos I want to shoot the next day, I'll take three or four in the middle of the night. Yeah. Yeah. Go back to sleep. GABA just slows those nerves down. Slows
it down. Calms it down. It's great. Um there. Okay. One other comment I wanted to make real quick and exactly what you were talking about the the way it all connects those cytoine issues, inflammation, and autism is and fact that some kids go through all
the same steps. They don't get autism. Totally. they don't get ADHD. No one's ever answered that. Why is that? Yeah. Well, it's because they don't have a homoysteine problem. Exactly. Exactly. So, you've talked about this hundreds of times, but just that that homoyine level is just a good marker for us to look at, but not the
most critical. What we're looking at is that increased cytoines that happen the downstream MCP-1 with glutathione. Those are the two Oh, sorry, homoyine. Those are the two cytoines increases. If they're high, if you have high I think it's because of high blood pressure, too. Uh it can
certainly cause you to go into a cytoine storm if you get sick or get an infected tooth or get a broken limb or get an allergy, a fever, something like that. You need to check your outlet if you have almost problem because if it's through the roof, you take more
glutathione. It suppresses it. So we do that 1284 12 glutathione four eight of our sod and four of our new bars catalytes. We're applying for patents on stuff patent pendings I guess now. But um and um and it locks those cytoines
down. Yeah. So, and you also there are there are really good biologicals that you can get. They're pricey, but they work. I had a patient yesterday who went on Skyrizzy um and she was doing
better on it, but she's worried about the side effects. I said she'll take the glutathionic works with the Skyrizzy Sky Rizzie. She was on a program where insurance, she had really good insurance. Also, some program Scott Rzzy had um for giving her a discount. She
just to pay the full 24,000 a month for it. 24,000. Wow. But yeah, there. And those biologicals are awesome. So, if you need them, they'll save your life. But, um what I'm really looking for sooid patients. If you guys know anyone with circoses,
would you please they're miserable in agony, please refer them to me. Yeah. So yeah. Yeah. There's so many cool things with Yeah. Just so many. It's awesome what we do every day. Yeah. I love what I do. I'm never going to quit doing this. Totally. One day I'm just going to be seeing some
sar patient kill over death. Yeah. Every patient I ever talk with, I I always tell them like glutathione is the cornerstone of really our whole treatment of what we're doing. Yeah. We have tech no one else has. Yeah. And that's because it's the master antioxidant. It's the most critical that
our body uses for every system. Think about that. CMA with Redux. They're trying to treat that. All those other people are trying to treat the low glutathione levels. What are they using? Row or something. I don't know. That's the thing. There's hundreds of glutathione products out there. But I can tell I can tell you every
which one the problem is why it doesn't work. Yeah. I mean, we did that when we're looking when we're developing that glutero. Yeah. No, exactly. So that people keep asking what's the best version of glutathione varsion or oral oral wellness? And I put it in the comments.
RO R Yeah, Ro a U R O Yeah, Ro sound like you're saying oral. Yeah, [laughter] wellness. That's Patel's company. Watch that video by with Joe Rogan. Nan. Yeah. Yeah. I did not get mentioned in that video,
which I that I'm okay with that. I I know Nan plays it very safely. I've not a lot of medical treatments. But he he's a pharmacist. I'm a I'm a MD. Yeah. Um, so one other comment
I wanted to make too. If you start them on the topical gluteril, that's great. And if you, as they get older and everything, if they want to do higher and bigger doses of whatever, those capsules are great to open up. You can open them up and mix them right into food, into drinks, everything. What's great with that one is it doesn't
degrade if you're drinking real quick. The true liposome technology in our pads and everything. You got it. You got it. So that one's the capsules. Vars glutathione capsules are great to mix into everything um in little tiny doses. Put in a quart milkshakes.
Absolutely. Yeah. So good. They're designed to survive the stomach acid and so that's what's awesome. So chocolate milkshakes. Yeah. Exactly. Apple uh orange juice may be pushing it a little bit, but too much sugar. Well, I just chocolate milkshake,
right? Yeah. Um okay. I had a couple other good questions I want to pass along real quick. We talked about what time of day for the dosing does it matter just so it's in every day? Yeah, I do counsel with people sometimes that the taking a nighttime
dose is a good thing of the capsule version because it does take a little bit longer to digest and then it gives your body that boost and a lot of people say they sleep better when finally when they start taking the glutathan which I don't know why I think it's super antioxidants jack
up but it doesn't well it's just that it's the multiffactorial thing it works for energy production on one side but then it also works in the detox and so that rest and repair state, you're providing your body with a great dose of glutathione so that it can get to work. And I see really sick people
genetically. Yeah. And they've been to geneticist if any universities have been typical story. Yeah. John's Hopkins may all those places. Yeah. Yeah. Oh, one other thing I wanted to mention too. Uh if this topic isn't necessarily specifically towards you and
your family, share it. Share this video. Share our links to things to those families that actually need it. Yeah. We're just trying to get the word out there. Exactly. No more autism. Let's shut it down. Totally. There's no there's no reason. I I I'm trying to find one of the kiddos
that doesn't improve dramatically with glutathione. They some of them have gut problems that might alter it or hurt it, but I I'm not really that successful with doing that so far. Most of them get a lot better. Someone had a question kind of in that realm of post
chemotherapy their homozygous PMT comt MTHFR. Wow. What can they do to help their gut glutathione? Yeah. And they need phosetyloline. Yeah. Get the optimal PC by seeking health. Um and to get our glutathione because it
has it in there too. It's how we build our liposomes. Yeah. Um we get our sod, get all that. Um you also need phoserin. When you have PMT, you got to heal your gut. You got to detox. Should we do a a video or a Substack post about the PEMT protocol? What we
would recommend? Yeah. But I always see it with homoyine. I've never seen a PEMT case without homoyine. Right. Right. I And they're both methylation problems. So yeah, I was I was explaining exactly that to a patient yesterday that over the years as you started with MTHFR as
kind of the first gene we were really looking at. Everyone was kind of some people were talking about how I couldn't figure out why I keep getting vitamin panels on families that were all exactly the same. Can you scoot back a little bit? Yeah, you're good. The camera's it's a short Yeah. small area right now. Um but yeah,
just that all these genes completely overlap. Yeah. And we see them if if a patient comes in with this one set of symptoms, then we definitely can assume they're going to have this number of gene snips along with it and which deficiencies are probably going along with it. they have that intraet or vitamin panel and it shows low glutathione and even low sod
you can even show low catalyze um they have a homoyine problem that's why they they don't they're not making 90% of their glutathione that's why it shows up some are super severe some are moderate but still yeah doesn't matter 90%'s gone
yeah someone was asking about the difference of phosphotidital choline and phosphotidyl serene why sometimes they're used interchangeably. They're not one's for the brain phostoile serarine helps keep your brain fat and happy prevents dementia stuff
like that. If you have NR NR3C1 or or NTRK2 or NR3C2 or any of those then if you're homozygous on anyium you need extra phosyl serene but um also colins for the liver but guess what you need extra we
and there's lots of papers now that show that those liver failure cases with PMT need plus serarine so it's plus choline plus serarine um choline you need extra choline too if you have PEMT. I we get people off liver transplant list. I just
got that guy off two lanes list. I and I love that patient. He when we got together he he owns a restaurant in and somewhere down in New Orleans or somewhere and um he um he was a week away. They given him a week. They said
they weren't even going to try liver transplant so severe. And now it's been six and a half almost seven months. at six months. He's like called me and said, "My liver is clear, Dr. Porscher. It's clear." I can't do his New Orleans accent, but he's like, "It's normal." And they they can't understand why.
Wow. I said, he said, "I gave me your chapters out of your PMT book, told him about it." I had those uh some of those people come that one person came from u Emmery to talk to me about how we got those four patients out there
transplantless. That's the best liver transplant program in the country. I love that they came out to talk to me. Those are people. I love the Emory team. So, they're smart people and they actually want to help their patients. So, they're like, "How can we figure this out and help these people?" We we'd
love to shorten our list. Yeah. No, it's incredible. So, Glutathon again, cornerstone of that. Yeah. And I'm coming out with a textbook on PMT. That's going to be great. Yeah. It's already written, so it's just got to be published, edited, and finalized and everything. We're not No, you can't. You cannot edit that, too. No. Yeah, it's
complete. That's good. So, real quick back to the phospholipids. I wanted to just mention about that too. Phospholipids in general, phosphotylcholine and phosphotylcerene are two of phosphoippids, but there's many different ones. Yeah. Phospholipids, their main purpose in our body is to create the barriers of our
cells, the cellular membranes. Yeah. And so many will be used interchangeably, but specific ones like phosphotylcerene in the brain are always going to be more prevalent there versus phosphotylcholine in the gut in the stomach linings in the gut linings because that and so that's where we just churn through it a lot of
times. I usually give people one or two that guy was taking seven and he he flipped his liver from being freaking horrific is yellow green is it was on death's edge to normal normal. I just like keep at it. You cut back a little now. But
yeah, I never will never do that again. I don't I get people off liver transplant list. I won't let you get on it. Yeah. Just do what I say. You'll not be there. Yep. PMT is also if you've if you and your family members I don't want to get in a
PMT conversation here. PMT. If you lose your gallbladder early, you probably have PMT. Yeah. We're just or fatty liver. We're just going to leave it right there. You better check your genetics. Yeah. Again, all these things though, there's so many of these genes that cross over and so maybe a lot of these kids with the home with homoysteine
issues and autism issues, PEMT may be one of those ones that they're dealing with as well. It is. Yeah, absolutely. You can't detox meds even. Y can't detox anything with PMT. Yeah. That means you PMT is a methylation s too. You know that, right?
Yeah. Weird. Yeah. No, I it's again, let me put up the transformation pathway that whole cycle again. I always love looking at this just because all these parts have to function together. If you're missing any one part that's one of those homozygoses or you have any deficiencies
in any of the nutrients that are used for all these the whole thing is I always use the analogy of the road to Hana on Kawaii. What's that on? I don't know which which Hawaiian island. I don't know. Anyway, the road to Hana. Does anyone know? Can you put it in the chat box?
Anyway, people with homoyine problem, they they have gene snips. They're homozygous. They they can't get they can't get to Hana. They go they have bridges out on that road. And you find a bridge out, you can't get to Hana. Yeah. So, they'll never get to Hana. So,
yeah. So, you got to take Hana and and that school of thought, you got to make it your own. You just got to take it on Maui. Some Maui. Thank you. Whoever that was. Yep. Uh we have a lot of people that could never get to ponder though now. Yeah. A couple people are talking about
um varad being out of stock. That's coming back. It's literally being We finally got it out of customs in China after it got stuck. Got stuck for months or whatever. A couple months. Yeah. We put our order in months ago so we wouldn't go out of stock and then we That's how it goes. Can't help it.
It's how it goes. But it's being built literally right now. So it's coming right back. Vars glutathione is fully in stock. Um, so make sure to get both of those. Someone asked what's VAR, what's the Catalyst support for? What's that product all about? So, picture it this way. This is way to explain it. Vars
saw and bars glutathione. They're the one two punch. They're they're like husband and wife and they're tag team and um they work together immensely. Um, Cadillac is like the mother-in-law who's telling them where to go, what to do,
how to do it, you know, real controlling mother-in-law that just rides them all the time, but it makes it work better. We al we also cheated. We put a lot of a really highly functional nerve 2 activator in there. That stuff is incredible.
Yeah. Yeah. So I so we have that vars triad when we have severe pain issues cytoines and if you have severe pain it's worth trying anyway we take 1284 12 glutathione hod if you can't get our bar
sod right now get the solar sod I helped do some work on that guided them a little on it um it's not as potent you'll need twice the number need 16 so maybe more um you get the vars catalite
guys. Um, and sit back and watch. Wait, give it a few days. You'll know. It's not magical. It's either works or it doesn't. So, yeah. No, Nerf 2 activation. Super cool. It is cool. Yeah. I think I did a diagram or two on that.
Yeah. No, just that it tells your cells to make all those key antioxidants for the glutathione catalates and sod. And so if you're deficient and have genetic snips around that, never making enough of it, and then supplement with it, introduce a Nerf 2 activator, and then
your body finally says like, "Oh, great. It's here. We can use them now." Yeah. And so it works especially well. Yeah, it does. People are kicking up. They say they get another 10. These are really sick people. They get another 10 to 15 20% improvement when they have the the catalyze.
I need you painfree. If you're in chronic inflammation pain, you can't figure it out. Yeah. and your kiddo um with autism, you need to get the homoyine under control. Yeah. Don't go get a homoyine level. Waste of money. That's not his problem right now.
It's problem or her problem is they can't detox because of the they have they can't get to Hana. Yeah. And you just you can tell them that why do you know when they come out of their autism you go why was I having trouble speaking all that you go you can't get to Hana
honey real quick some people in chat on Instagram were talking about Cetria glutathione and so is good it's a good product and we we use Cetria in our liquid bars glutathione for years.
Yeah. Um, they are the ones that have done some clinical studies and showed an increase of glutathione levels over a six-month period, which is fantastic. Hey, that's that's really cool. When we took Cetria and put it through our patented process, we saw that same increase in glutathione levels in hours. Yeah. Hours.
Yeah. And so that's that's the difference. And so again, there's tons of glutathione products out there. And if anything, your body takes it, breaks it down into knack and the other two amino acids and then recreates or rebuilds glutathione if you're able. If you're able to. Yeah. totalize the problem. And so that's that's exactly why all
other glutathione products are never going to be as efficient as varsathione or glutaril. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Thank you. Nine did you guys did good work. So yeah. Um I love those guys. So yep. Hey nine helped me design and actually
Gary Young and I I was down there already. We're doing research. Gary Young came down and Nan Patel and I Gary went over to their pharmacy and where they were doing research on the we designed projest all three of us
together and Gary guided us on it but yeah any of you young living people out there. Yeah, fun little history there. Yeah. Nel I always forget that but [clears throat] yeah nine and I did all that with Gary. kind of going back to our conversation just a minute ago of why you'd want to
add in catalase and sod and the other parts to it. This person says, uh, can you please tell me, let me put it up here, too. Can you please tell me why another autoimmune disorder such as shower would rear its ugly head even though I'm taking plenty of your vars liposome glutathione?
Yeah, try the try the sod. It's Yeah, it's a side problem. You are correct. I've got a paper on that, but um I'll put I'll I'll post it on my Substack and look at my You guys, you need to join my Substack. I put all these articles up
there all the time with with the videos and pictures and and the diagrams and everything else. Uh plug into that. So, hey, it's $2 a week. Is that about right? Yeah. Eight dollars a month. Yeah. Yeah. So, but we do a lot of work
and put it on there. So I have the best I'm gonna be the number one ranked substack too in the world of for medical stuff. Yeah, we can get there. Yeah, I'm gonna get there. A couple more questions real quick just while we're on here. Is glutathione okay to take with pernitious anemia. B12
injections have brought down homocyine, but it's still elevated. You have a you have a you cannot hang on. If you have a highine level and it's genetic, which almost they all are, you can't get rid of the problem with
with taking B12 or anything, it is what it is. You're genetically going to have a highine level and you're going to have a high ILA and MCB-1. Your pernicious edmia is because you have you need to get a comprehensive vitamin panel like
our intraet or the CMA redux we use or cell science systems. either call our office or get one on your own. I don't care. But um but we just know how to treat it. We've done we've done 30,000 spectra cells and and CMAs. Uh so we're
really experienced. But um you have either another B vitamin deficiency somewhere. It only takes one or you have a vitamin C problem. Uh if you have a vitamin C or any B vitamin deficiency, you can't absorb iron at a cellular level. So your pernicious is not going
to be addressed. Um but it's pretty easy to resolve. I get a lot of pernicious cases just because they've heard me say this. They're like, I want I need to figure it out. I'm like, yep. Okay. Well, you have a B3, you have a B6. You're also low in choline, which is a B vitamin. Oh yeah, and you're low in
biotin. Oh yeah, I need a vitamin C problem. Nope. Let's just hold off on giving you iron until we deal with those. Yeah, you don't have to completely resolve them. You just got to get them quite treated for a month or so. So, yeah. Okay, last question just cuz it's
an easy one for us. What does sod do? Super oxide dispute. It dismutes super oxides. Super oxides are these little oxygens missing two electrons. They're incredibly unstable. So, weirdly enough, they vibrate all the time. They're like
perpetual motion machines which aren't supposed to exist physically but because they're they tremble at a at a molecular level and that that trembling generates heat. It really is inflammation. It really does generate heat and uh and damage also bouncing
around inside the cell. Uh super oxides causes a lot of damage. It's like having a bowling ball in a china shop during an earthquake. It's bouncing around breaking all the china. Um, [clears throat] super oxide disputes. There's three of
them. Sod one protects your nerves. If you don't have it, can't make it, you usually get ALS or L Garrick's disease and you die. Sod two protects your mitochondria and DNA. You don't make it, you usually get a much higher rate of cancer and die. Sod three is protects
your cardiovascular. It's called ubiquitous sod exercise. It's everywhere. It protects everything else from the super oxides. So you need all three. And I deal with people a lot of times you can't make sod three or even sod one which is frightening or sometimes they can't make any of them
and they live in hell because they're suffering. They realize by the time they're about 35 or 40 they're not normal. They hurt all the time. Superoxide dismutase takes that those super oxides and converts it into hydrogen peroxide H2O O2. Um, and then
glutathione quickly grabs the H2O2 and converts it into um into H2O and O2. So, water and and and air and oxygen. Um, and that's the goal. So, they work together. They're sisters, but they also
or or husband and wife, however you want to call it, they also um uh get rid of all toxins. Okay, I've just pulled up an image on so everyone can see it right now of exactly that process you're showing. sod catalace glutathione that exact process
they work together and this they all work specifically inside the mitochondria but if you have damage from cytoines the sod is what removes the super oxides and heals it see it over and over again people like glutathione great you suppress your your cytoines but doesn't
really get rid of the damage it might a little but the sod is really what does that and the catalyst makes it more aggressive I'm my job is to get you better. You can and I will get you better if I can figure out what's going on. So, that's
why I dig in this weird stuff. Why am I having to do this? Let me tell you, I'm nobody. I'm not even I'm I don't even know I got ranked the number one MDSA because I'm a dork. I do research. I write books. I'm not board certified mainly because I came out of residency
and there wasn't board certification. I am old. So, it's like they were like, "No, you'll never need board certification. I don't need what am I going to use it for? I don't bill insurance. I don't need it. Um I don't even want it. I read books. I keep up all my journal articles. I I write books
right and left. Uh so yeah, I mean judge me however you want, but I'm pretty good at seeing around corners. So yeah, we'll leave we'll end on that thought. That's great. Okay, any last any last goodbyes or anything? We'll try to jump
on live again more. I'll see you around corners and if you have a problem, I'll look for it. Yeah. So, Jensen Wayne, let's talk. I'm supposed to go meet with RFK still, so I can't wait. If any of you know him, uh, and can pull strings. I don't need it
actually because we've I had to reschedule the appointment a couple times, so I'm embarrassed. So, um, there were really pressing needs. Uh, so I'm going to really press for it this year. I have a lot of just things I
