Search terms appear in the page address and are sent to the site to return results. They may also appear in browser history and routine hosting logs. Please do not enter names, lab reports, or other personal medical information. This library has no medical-record upload or patient messaging form.

Images, fonts, and video

Some images and fonts load from external providers, including Google and the original publishers. Those requests share technical information such as your IP address with the provider. YouTube’s player loads when you choose to play a video and is governed by YouTube’s own privacy practices. Opening Substack or another external link takes you to that service and its policies.

No advertising or analytics tracking script has been added to Explore. Hosting providers may process technical request information to deliver and protect the site; this page does not promise that visits are anonymous.
