Fibromyalgia: a guide to the 23-step report

Explore the report’s structured approach to questions about fibromyalgia and persistent symptoms.

Educational summary

The idea to explore

Explore the report’s structured approach to questions about fibromyalgia and persistent symptoms.

Follow the connections

This report presents the author’s copper and ceruloplasmin model of fibromyalgia. It discusses NAT2, CBS, MTHFR and antioxidant-pathway genes alongside molybdenum, zinc, boron, serine, B6, cysteine and glutathione. Other subjects include migraines, intracellular testing and the author’s low-copper dietary approach. This is a different emphasis from the older pituitary-centered fibromyalgia book.

Copper handling is the author’s model, not a symptom test

The report centers on copper, ceruloplasmin and a proposed genetic-nutrient network. Ceruloplasmin is a copper-carrying protein; its name is not interchangeable with a measurement of every form of copper in the body. The author connects NAT2, methylation and antioxidant pathways with this model. A response to a dietary change does not by itself confirm copper toxicity or a genetic cause of fibromyalgia. The model remains separate from an individualized diagnosis.

Reading with perspective

These are the author’s proposed connections, not a validated way to diagnose copper toxicity or explain every case of fibromyalgia. Patient stories, claimed response percentages, supplement quantities and dietary treatment instructions are excluded.
