Diet, absorption, medicines, illness and life stage can all affect nutrient status. Fatigue, cramps or brain fog can have many causes.

What testing can add

Ask which question a test answers and how well it has been validated. A result outside a range is one part of the assessment. Different tests and laboratories are not always interchangeable.

Choose a next step

Review food intake first, then discuss whether a supplement is needed, which form is appropriate and what follow-up would show benefit.
