Why do you need to correct your vitamin deficiencies to be successful on a diet?
EXAMPLES:
Zinc deficiency? Will effect your thyroid production and thyroid receptor function -- weight loss will not happen very effectively.
(This is the most common intracellular deficiency I see, by the way...)
Selenium deficiency? Same as zinc. Will effect your thyroid production and thyroid receptor function -- weight loss will not happen very effectively.
Chromium deficiency? Will effect your insulin production and insulin receptor function -- healthy weight loss is hard to do when you're a borderline diabetic.
B12 deficiency? (2nd most common intracellular deficiency I see...) Will effect both thyroid and insulin receptor functionality.
Omega 3 or 6 or 9 deficiencies? Will also effect insulin receptor functionality?
Strontium or vanadium deficiencies? Both will effect both thyroid and insulin receptor functionality.
Plus any one of these can leave you feeling exhausted and tot tired and depressed to diet or exercise.
Get it?
These must be corrected, then let's diet. And exercise. And try on bathing suits for the spring trip to the islands.
Right?
See you SUnday night at 7PM MST.
