This gives you an approximation on how ZINC affects the functionality of the insulin receptor. Insulin resistance or dysfunction and eventual failure occurs when the zinc becomes deficient intracellularly. Want to know more? See you at 7

Same as zinc, CHROMIUM is critical to insulin receptor functionality at many different sites on the receptor. Without CR (i.e. chromium) (see the areas I starred in red) the receptors not only become dysfuncyional but die eventually. No rev

Omega-3 fish oils contain N-PUFAs which are like the motor oil for the little engines that are called insulin receptors. Without the oil they fail. Just like engines will do. Got it? See you in 2 hrs at me FACEBOOK LIVE on intracellular te

Omega-3 contain PUFAs (at least the better ones do). If you have an Omega-3, or any omega, deficiency, it will causes disruption of the insulin recceptor function and again its transport of glucose into the cell. This causes diabetes. The

Chromium is even more critical than zinc to the glucose transport by the insulin receptor on the cell surface. Intracellular Chromium deficiencies are fairly common in my practice. Again early lack of chromium causes reversible insulin re
