OVER-METHYLATION - Are Your B Vitamins Hurting You?

In the description

Can the B vitamins you are taking to support energy and methylation eventually make you feel worse? In this video, Jackson Larkin explains what practitioners often call “overmethylation,” a possible adverse response to supplemental methyl donors such as: • 5-MTHF or methylfolate • Methylcobalamin • Trimethylglycine, also called TMG • Multiple overlapping methylation formulas Possible warning signs can include irritability, anxiety, restlessness, insomnia, brain fog, fatigue, and feeling “wired but tired.” These symptoms do not prove that you are overmethylated. They can have many possible causes. The timing of symptoms, your total supplement exposure, nutrient status, genetics, medications, and health history all need to be considered. In this video, we discuss: • Why methylation is essential • How methyl-donor supplements support the body • Why the right vitamin can become the wrong dose • Ingredients to look for on your supplement labels • Why some people may need lower doses or non-methylated forms • How genetics and intracellular nutrient testing can guide a more personalized plan At Purser Wellness, we believe in a Start Low, Go Slow approach. The goal is not to eliminate methylation. The goal is to provide the right form and amount of support for each individual. MTHFR & The Never-Ending Sugar Crash Cycle: Why You’re Always Tired & Craving Sweets

In the description

MTHFR & The Never-Ending Sugar Crash Cycle: Why You’re Always Tired & Craving Sweets If you have an MTHFR variant (C677T or A1298C), you may constantly battle fatigue, sugar cravings, and energy crashes — even when you’re “doing everything right.” In this video, we break down exactly why this happens: How MTHFR/methylation issues impair ATP (energy) production at the cellular level Why your body desperately reaches for quick glucose The vicious cycle of blood sugar spikes → insulin crashes → more cravings & fat storage The downstream effects on antioxidants, DNA repair, and overall energy How to finally break the cycle: Targeted supplementation that fills methylation “holes” (what we learned from 15–20k intracellular tests) Why our MTHFR Daily multivitamin was specifically formulated for this The power of CMA intracellular testing Intermittent fasting (12–16 hrs) Fasted cardio (even just a brisk walk) High-protein, real-food diet with minimal processed sugars If you’re tired of the sugar rollercoaster and want stable energy, this is for you. EBV and Fibromyalgia Related??

In the description

Just because you have EBV antibodies doesn’t mean it’s active—it usually means you’ve built immunity. The real issue? Most fibromyalgia patients have low reduced glutathione, which viruses like EBV intentionally suppress. That’s why symptoms overlap: fatigue, pain, immune dysfunction. Fix the glutathione issue, and you can support recovery on a deeper level.

Why do I need methylated B Vitamins?

In the description

Many vitamins and minerals go through the methylation cycle meaning a methyl group is added to a molecule to turn it into its active form. Individuals with MTHFR and other genetic methylation errors are unable to efficiently create the methylated versions of those certain vitamins and minerals. Those with MTHFR specifically cannot make enough 5-MTHF, an activated form of folate, which in turn prohibits the ability to methylate other vitamins. These errors can lead to a number of cellular deficiencies which can cause chronic fatigue, anxiety, depression (BASICALLY MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE A SLUG) and
