What about what's the second most common symptom that you see indicates that they need testing? Anxiety. Anxiety. Um, a new onset anxiety is unusual because usually you've either had genetic anxiety from when you were a small child on and you know it and you've always had

it. Uh, like I have it. So, I was always I used to run really hard in college and med and and and high school and junior high and all that. I'd go run for miles. Um, and even ran in college. even ran cross country and track for BYU. But um

0:33

I wasn't very good, but I ran I did it. But um but um that's how I dealt with my anxiety and that's from a small kid on onward. Uh but if you haven't done that and you suddenly you're 42 and suddenly have bad anxiety until I know otherwise I'm going to call it a vitamin deficiency. It's by far and away the

most likely cause. It just comes onset like that. Right. Yeah. And they just go suddenly have horrible anxiety. Don't know what's going on. And um and the only way they've really pin it down like if it's a lithium deficiency or a glutamine deficiency or some other though too much glutamine can cause

1:05

anxiety, not enough glutamine can cause anxiety because you can't make GABA correctly from it. So you got to take just the right amount and deal with that deficiency balance. But yeah, stuff like that uh will cause bad anxiety out of the blue just like lightning. You had you got really sick, you had surgery,

something like that. They came out the surgery. We came out of the sick illness. We came out the delivery. You've had anxiety ever since.
