There are MANY essential oils that may help with fibromyalgia pain, inflammation and fatigue. Here are just a few of my favorites:
Peppermint oil: It can reduce pain, spasms, cramps and inflammation in your muscles and joints. It can also improve your mental clarity and energy levels.
Lavender oil: It can help with stress, anxiety, insomnia and depression. It can also relieve pain and inflammation in your body.
Sandalwood oil: It can help with inflammation, immunity, wound healing and meditation. It can also calm and sedate your nervous system.
Eucalyptus oil: It can help with pain, inflammation and blood pressure. It can also clear your sinuses and respiratory tract.
Nutmeg oil: It can help with joint swelling, central pain and antioxidant activity. It can also improve your digestion.
Ginger oil: It can help with inflammation, pain sensation and nausea. It can also boost your immune system.
You can use these essential oils individually or in combination with each other for different purposes. You can inhale them using a diffuser or a spray bottle, apply them to your skin using a massage oil or a lotion, or add them to your bath water for a relaxing soak.
