10. Having multiple ovarian cysts is NOT indicative oF PCOS. An ULTRASOUND does not help with the diagnosis. AT. ALL.

9. Having HIGH testosterone IS indicative of PCOS.

7. Having LOW thyroid production (i.e. Hypothyroidism) IS another indicator of PCOS.

5. Having hypereisulinemia (high insulin levels) or “insulin resistance” is VERY indicative of PCOS.

4. Having fatigue or even chronic exhaustion IS indicative of PCOS.

3. Testing to confirm? Thyroid panel, free&total testosterone levels, progesterone level, HgbA1C, CMP, FASTING INSULIN LEVELS
