This week Dan Purser MD and Jackson Larkin discuss the benefits and “pitfalls” of bio identical progesterone hormone replacement therapies. Progesterone, The Ultimate Women’s Feel Good Hormone, can be obtained in various forms. You want to make sure it is naturally derived from Wild Yam extract and that the compounded prescription version comes from Progesterone USP. This is the same version we use in our Femme Topical Progesterone serum, 20mg a dose versus 200mg prescriptions strength.

Hey, Dr. Dan Pur here. Danpermd.com. Another live. I know I'm boring you guys with all these lives. This is going to be a conglomeration of a lot of previous lives on progesterone except for I'm going to do it for memory. Going to do it live. have them made a few notes hoping in case I have some ideas what Jackson's going to quiz me with but do
not know for sure. So, we're going to find out. This is where you get all the weird questions that people always have or how your brain gets twisted around progesterone. This is a I'm sick of my neck out there. I've written a bestselling book about it. You need if you don't have my
progesterone book, go download it now on Kindle. It's cheap. Uh it's good. It's thorough. It's referenced. It's still undebatable. Never have anyone challenged me on it. Been sued for it. So, who's right? Who's wrong? I'm right. So, um, so have good
luck taking a shot at me with it. So, okay. Um, yeah, just look for progesterone Dan Person MD on Amazon and it'll come right up. Actually called Progesterone. So, yeah, kind of hard to miss. So, um, it's been number one three times overall on Amazon. If you guys could help me get it
number one today, that'd be pretty cool. But I don't know if that'll happen. So, um, okay, Jackson, why don't you hit me with your best stuff? Oh, did you want to make any announcements? Oh, yeah. For the best question at the end of this, we will give a bottle of FIM. I will not know who asked the question,
Jackson. It's going to hide that from me. Um, but I'll decide which question would really knock my socks off. We'll give you a free bottle of our high concentration natural progesterone FIM serum. Perfect. Let's do a little intro real quick.
voice gets dry. Mhm. Okay. All right. Starting off with your best stuff. Just to start off, what are the top benefits of natural progesterone? Um, well, it really, really helps sleep. woman just brave about that. Uh stops
95% of hot flashes, night sweats. That's really critical. 95%. The other 5% could be hard to discern. Could be lowest, it could be lack of estral, lack of testosterone, like I've seen lack of DHEA. I've seen lack of thyroid. So, um
could be anything. You got to start rolling them out and hitting them all. Um it shuts down PMS completely. Well, pretty much completely. Um, the more you take, it'll shut it down. Also cools off TMJ, temporal mandibular joint or bxism
or whatever where you're clenching your jaw all the time, can really help with that. Um, dramatically treats indometriosis, especially the really super severe cases. Those RDTs, rapid dissolve triggers, you're going to hear me talking about them a lot. They're 200
milligrams. There are these stateofthe-art with progesterone um not troies not suppositories not a cream for sure but the RDTs rapid dissolve trits um most women take one or
two a night moderate indometriosis cases will take four or five severe the one out of 200 women who have severe indometriosis severe they take 20 to 25 you can't make them Not they'll kill you
before they stop taking it. How much would be in each titrate? 200 milligrams. Yeah. A ton of a ton. They don't have beta receptors on their on their uterus. So um they can't absorb it. But weirdly enough, it's like insulin resistance. They keep going higher doses because it pushes the
insulin into your cells. Same with progesterone. You go higher doses. They eventually gets this cascade of some getting into your cells no matter what. So works really well. Also, the receptors aren't always open and so they randomly open and close and if you have lots of
predition around, every time it opens, you're going to be able to get one in. So, yeah. Yeah. Um, helps definitely helps with fight osteoporosis. That's a biggie. Um, it's one of the critical pieces I use for natural osteoporosis reversal and
osteopenia reversal. Everyone who takes it, all the women who take it, not men, they shouldn't take it because causes vascular inflammation and lot and low testosterone. I know guys do it to help them sleep. That's just no not a good idea. Anyway, mood elevates
really nicely. Real quick, I was just remembering, sorry, this is a little side story from several more than several years ago at this point. We were chatting with You were like 12 when we started over. [laughter] We were chatting with someone that wanted to make basically like a novelty
men's progesterone product to help decrease libido in men. And so we definitely we talked to them about exactly why that would not be a very good product for anyone. Well, they use that in prisons to say Right. Right. Yeah. It's been done Yeah. for sexual offenders.
Yeah. Okay. We'll leave that right there. Yeah. Thickens hair a lot for women if you don't have any weird vitamin deficiencies, which is the most common cause of women's hair loss. Um, I don't believe in um, what do they call that where the women lose their hair? They have some weird
alopecia. Alipcia. Yeah, I don't believe in that. I believe it's a vitamin deficiency. I believe it's vitamin deficiencia. [laughter] That's No, that's bad. That's something bad dad jokes. If levels keep are kept high enough with progesterone above 10 niggs per
milliliter, you get a um a 500% life. You get a 500% decrease in breast cancer risk. Wow. That's from the American College of Epidemiology, 1981. Look at the data. It's solid. They weren't they didn't have supercomputers. They were just
really smart with math back then. 81. Um, so you're saying natural progesterone decreases breast cancer risk. Yeah. Incredible. [laughter] You know that. Yeah. I wrote the breast cancer patient survival guide for a reason. So,
yeah. Number 10. maybe number I can't remember where I'm at 9 10 11 somewhere in there are kept high enough um natural progesterone dramatically get this the data again from the American College of Epidemiology was a thousand% decrease in
all cancer risk take your progesterone so okay next question does natural progesterone kill cancer cells breast cancer cells specifically yeah causes apoptosis you can literally go to PubMed head and search
progesterone apoptosis. I think there are like 5,000 articles that come up. It kills breast cancer cells. Yeah, it kills all cancer cells actually, but it really goes after breast cancer. So, what else does research say on breast cancer and progesterone benefits?
It does not cause it. [gasps] It definitely decreases the risk. I love the the women who occasionally argue back with me. I've written a best-selling book about I've never been sued for it. I would have been sued by now if I was wrong. I'm not wrong. Been 15 years it's been out there. Um, it's
been tried and true, taken to be true. So, it's good luck. Um, the data I use is really solid when I wrote that. It hasn't changed. Data doesn't change over time. Well, they want to make you think it does, but it doesn't. Men are still men. All that kind of stuff. Okay. So,
um, yeah, leave that right there. Maybe you want to bleep that out. Um, so, um, yeah, it does not cause breast cancer. Does it cause strokes? Does it cause heart attacks? Zero. Were there certain versions of progesterone or proestational agents
that were used in studies? Yeah, they did. And they conflated the evidence. They conflated the names. Natural progesterone is not progesterines or proestational agents. Those are chemicals. They're not even really resembling progesterone, which is weird.
They're closely just Yeah. Just Yeah. They then they 250% increased risk in breast cancer when you take them. 2550 250% increased risk. So that's what added to a lot of the the
scare or around progesterone for the last few decades. They confused them. They confused them. H that's so sad. Is there a birth control pill that contains natural progesterone? No. Um, is there a biodal peak in breast
cancer cases now? When I first started medicine 43 years ago, wow, there's one peak age for breast cancer, 65, which is about 14 years past menopause, which made the most sense. Now there's
two peak peaks. They never discussed that, which is where the other one's at 35 for women really. But it's clear those women all took birth control pills. That's why the big leap. Yeah. Now they use it for everything.
Literally every every girl in high school and then all through college. That's the first thing they do with anyone if they have any symptoms of any kind. Yep. Birth control pills. Perfect. LDS missionaries get put on. Yeah. Which is shocking. Yep. What? Just because have PMS out there.
Yeah. I mean, if you shut down your full hormone production or your whole hormone path, you don't wonder when you're 32, finally go off of them that you can't have a baby. Yeah. Yeah. Because you're kind of frozen. Yeah. Um, okay.
This was a question that kind of came in before. My daughter is 17 and her doctor put her on birth control pills. Is there a problem? I wrote this book called The Breast Cancer Patient Survival Guide. Um, let me see what I discovered when I wrote that book. You can go to the book, find
the references. One study was done in Sweden, the other in Finland. And that one was to confirm. The other data was so shocking. If you put a girl 18 or under on birth control pills, get this data. It's solid. I mean,
they've confirmed it in Europe. Yeah. We're not allowed to discuss it here. It's has never been published here. No one's ever reconfirmed that data here, which is crazy. But you get a um you get a 500% increased risk of death from breast
cancer. Not getting breast cancer, but lifetime risk of death from breast cancer. Even if you only took them for a year because you took it before you're 18, it's devastating. That's that big peak age of 35. That's why
Yeah. culminates then. Yeah. Well, it does kind of Yeah. Yeah. We definitely are seeing an increase in breast cancer. Yeah. So, um mainly because of that, but remember under um Obama and stuff, they were pushing it that it helped with
I just want to make sure we're still live. It said connection lost, but I think we're still live. I think we're still going. Um, I think we're still going. Yeah, we're still going. [clears throat] Do you think is there other like genetic issues on top of that that make women even more predisposed for breast cancer
issues and progesterone issues? Yeah. Well, I talked about the u the women who are missing their beta receptors, they get severe indometri end indometriosis. [clears throat] Super severe. Yeah. I mean, they need 20 or 25 of those
prison RDTs every night. Yeah. Fortune. I use my pharmacy I use is really cheap. But I could imagine in California somewhere how much 10,000 $1,000. You know, insurance most likely won't
cover it. They'll pay for it. Yeah. Compounded progesterone. They'll pay for the synthetic. That's it. Use that. Good luck. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. There's other risks that cause breast cancer. Bracka, bracket one, bracket two, all those. Yeah, we actually check for that in our
genetics. Yeah, we do have that one on the DRP. What are the top symptoms that scream you need natural progesterone? [snorts] You're any age or hot flashing, night sweating, but it could be because you or
you have TMJ. could be because you um you have vitamin deficiencies affecting your progesterone production. You may not actually need the progesterone. You may need um someone to step in. We deal with about one POI case a week uh
premature ovarian insufficiency and it's those are bad. Um sometimes we can bring them all the way back to start their periods again. Then if they have the right vitamin deficiencies, sometimes you can't. It's really devastating.
Yeah. What about the package inserts on birth control pills? Why do you think they're there? I mean, they should be there to warn you of potential. Do you want to read them? You guys listen, every woman out there, every mom out there, every dad who wants his daughter or whoever, his wife on birth
control pills, read the package insert. It says exactly what I'm saying. 250% increased risk of death or sorry, of risk of breast cancer. It's in the package insert. I didn't pull that out of thin air. And it's in every birth control pill package. They give it to
you. You know why? So you can't sue them when in four years you get breast cancer. Those go, "Sorry, did you read the package insert?" No, you didn't. Your problem. Adios. Yeah. Do you think that's similar with other package inserts as well?
Probably. But I with that one, it definitely is. Yeah. I've never met a patient who's read them. Mhm. which is wow. Yeah. Yeah. Especially that thing. Yeah. Yeah. In your opinion, what would be worse, smoking or birth control
pills? What do I get asked that? Um birth control pills. Yeah. Really? Yeah. Not only does it cause breast cancer and ovarian cancer or is associated with it, um it can cause
strokes and heart attacks, too. Oh, they'll freak out if you get put on estradile postmenopausally, but they don't they don't freak out as much if you smoke. They'll leave that alone if you don't want to quit. H. [clears throat] Wow. Yeah. What about medicated IUDs? Does
that increase breast cancer risk? The Marita is the one everyone uses pretty much for years. I had a real problem with it. Some of your patients know that because you remember me talking about it. PE the physician's desk reference. um [clears throat] which is used to be the Bible we all use to
look up drugs. Keep a big red there's a red one and before that there's a blue one. Um and um we used to uh look up every prescription. That was our online search. I would Google it. Yeah. Um and
you got that free from some drug company every year. Oh wow. Um but yeah, you looked it up. There was one less than a year study on the marina and as did IUD and breast cancer. They determined that did not cause breast cancer. Dr. Sick with that meme for
years. I'm like a year. What about 10 year? What about five year? You know, give us data because you could have the worst breast cancer in the world forming the most aggressive killer breast cancer. You could get the first few cells. That's all you'd have maybe 30, 40, 100 cells by the time a year was up.
No one's going to pick that up. Can't pick it up. Yeah. So, maybe now with our newer technologies, you can. But, um I know we have that one we're going to offer in our office that is really cool. Yeah. Yeah. We We need to figure out what happened to that. Yeah. Who deep and why aren't we doing it?
Yeah. I don't know. Um they ran into some issue a couple years ago, but then I've never been able to the same issue now. Mhm. Um yeah. So yeah, that's the way I'd check it. But um yeah. So what about breast cancer worries that
participant worries about estradile um really I'm going to say something really alarming please forgive me um we looked at all the data on estradile and birth and uh and breast cancer causation.
[clears throat] So these and in progesterone um and breast cancer causations because some of you women know that that like uh some people have um her positive or let's say ER positive and PR positive meaning estrogen estrogen receptor positive and
progesterone receptor positive breast cancer that does not mean that caused it. It just means they have the receptors. There's a big difference between having those and it causing the cancer. Diisone will not cause breast cancer. just won't do it. Um cannot do it. It kills the
cancers. So at USC would always increase women's um natural progesterone more to kill kill off the breast cancer. Um and it I've have 2500 women now taking my prescription birth control. God got me
doing it. Breast cancer. Did it again. progesterone and um natural progesterone RD disease that I get over here in um in Pleasant Grove, but um the um the reality is um none of I've never had
one of them have breast cancer. So if they are, they're not telling me. So um and I have a lot of women who love that love the progesterone for a lot of reasons. Yeah, it is literally the women's feelood hormone. Yeah. Yeah.
So why you named your book that? Did I really? Mhm. Well, I thought originally that Yeah. I can't remember. Uhhuh. Yeah. Now they Is it not called that now? Is it? Uh, it's still this. We have kind of two. Oh, yeah. We had to for Google. Yeah. Yeah. With the updated version of the
progesterone book. Again, available right now on Amazon. Go get the new updated version. Yeah. And if you haven't ever read it, go get it now. There's a reason it's sold hundreds of thousands of copies. So, it's like the handbook you need as a woman. Yeah. Did you want to run through those top benefits of progesterone
again? We just we had a couple more people jumping on. Or do you want to get to some questions? We got more to do. Okay. We're not done yet, cowboy. Mhm. So, yeah, it really helps sleep. It made notes about it. Solves 95% of hot flashes, shuts down PMS, shuts down TMJ
syndrome, dramatically. Treats endometriosis. Dramatically. Give enough of it, you shut that down. Um, it's fight osteoporosis, osteopenia. It's part of the the four hormones that tend to go after DHEA, uh, progesterone, estradile, and
testosterone. Really help fight osteoporosis. It mood elevates most women the next morning. Knocks your butt out. When you take it at night, you sleep like a baby. It's a wonderful restful sleep. You wake up the next morning and you're really happy. kind of like Snow White in that
Shrek movie where she was out in the and the birds were she was singing the birds were and yeah on her and the hummingbirds and butterflies. Yeah. Um it thickens hair. Um and it uh it massively decreases the
risk for breast cancer. Yeah. And it does not cause breast cancer. No matter what false article you read, they conflate it. They confuse them. natural producer protestants or purchasational license. I bet I've seen 30 articles do that. Yeah, real quick.
That's not a very good research project. They don't know the difference. Wow. So, the different forms of progesterone, bioidentical natural progesterone that you can get. There's creams out there. Creams aren't very good. They're not absorbable. The
progesterone falls apart really quick. It's a progesterone that falls apart. Yeah. Within 90 days. cuz you know how long it's sat there or Yeah. Or you don't know how long you'll use it, but somewhere around 50 to 90 days later it's dead. Yeah. Then there's suppositories which
work but no one wants to do there. Where you going to put them vaginally? That that's what the studies have shown that there's pretty good bioavailability with vaginal suppositories. I don't disagree. What a mess. Totally. Totally. There's better better ways. Better options. There's other oral progesterone as well.
That's a pill that you swallow. Capsule. A capsule. It's good. It's probably my second most favorite thing. Well, third most. Um, but it has side effects that can make you really wonky and drunk feeling. But then RDTS, rapid dissolve trits, state of the art tablets that dissolve
under your tongue. Hands down the best ones. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. You got to have a you gota have a skilled state-of-the-art pharmacist that'll do it. Yeah. One little note too, when we're talking about getting natural progesterone, having your compounding pharmacist get do it correctly, it has
to be the the ingredient itself is called progesterone USP and that's the naturally derived from wild yam extract. Um that's then converted into progesterone. Progesterone USP is what you want to ask for at the at the pharmacy with the compound to
be exact. A Mexican wild, right? Which I don't know why it's not just the most prolific. Norwegian wildmium. model. Do they have wilds up there? I don't know about that. Um, one one other option I just kind of I want to tell a little bit of a story real quick is intramuscular injection progesterone and
uh I from a close family friend I heard about the process of going through IVF and that for the once they finally do an implantation the the treatment is you have to inject progesterone for 11 weeks
daily intramuscular injections. I have so many women who go, I'm not doing that, but they take the RDTS and the RT. They don't even know the RDTS exist. Exactly. And the why are they doing IVF and not know that the clinics don't talk about it? And it's because the data is not there. They haven't done wide widespread studies on
the bioavailability of RDTs. They're just the newer technology. And so, but from close family friend personal experience, the RDTS worked phenomenally to avoid those intramuscular injections every single day or even every 3 days. Bypass that completely. you have a much
more peaceful beginning of your pregnancy, which I think is going to be much more benefit. I know it hurts to get that shot. The weird thing is there's a dichotomy of progesterone stuff going on there with the shot versus the RDT. Yeah. Um
versus doctors who don't believe you should use natural progesterone. They always give you progesterines or progester or birth control pills with the synthetics in it. Um, they'll even tell you when you're going through menopause, they'll give you progesterine but not natural
progesterone. Then these are OBGYN. Guess what? On the other hand, they're using injectable natural progesterone and oil base on these women who need it. Yet now that you're postmenopausal, it's you're not allowed. It's weird. It's do
they know they're contra they're living in a contradiction. They don't realize a weird multi-time manifold that does not exist upon itself. Anyway, something like that. [laughter] Something like that. Um, why are they why this is? Wow. I want to go. Do you
know what you're doing there? I mean, do you see I get that? Um, yeah. Because progesterine deadly. Progesterone heavenly. Yeah. Again, one more time. Proestine. Proestine or proestational agents. Same thing are deadly because clots, strokes, heart
attacks, and breast cancer. And natural strength does none of that. M they're trying to say it does just you [clears throat] there's a rule in research you cannot do a thousand maybe probably more than that on natural
1,200500 2,000 studies uh showing the benefits and the lack of problems with one or two really poorly done trash studies that you got to know who created this and why. Yeah, have pretty good ideas, but
I'm gonna leave that alone right there. Unfortunately, yeah, there's a the lot goes on with the literature. Um, so why can't they why can't they instead figure out why these women can't make enough progesterone? What are the causes?
Number one, vitamin deficiencies. Number two, they were playing softball, got hit in their uterus with a softball. I don't know, some kind of type of trauma, pituitary damage, other headed. Really rare. Yeah. Yeah. Uh, and I know that because I did 10 years of pituitary endocrinology
research at USC. Yeah, we ask this question a lot there. It's almost always vitamin deficiencies. Yeah. What about psychological trauma? Maybe. Yeah. Yeah. Interesting. All right. What is low progesterone? Can you define that
for us? Yeah. Anything below couple nanograms per milliliter. [clears throat] 1.3 0.4. First, what about women that are still in their fertile years? You want it above 10 for sure, not above
I am so tired because I've been up late. It's all good. I I think we've got a lot of good questions here and Okay, ask me some. We can definitely come back to the rest of the Yeah, if you guys are wondering why squeezing my eyes and my eyes are really tired. What's good on camera? You look really good. You don't even look that tired. So, [laughter]
okay. We've, as we announced at the beginning of this, um, we're going to give away a bottle. I should have grabbed one. A bottle. I think maybe someone spiked my water with that part that fell asleep. That wouldn't be good. Uh, we're going to give away bottle. Dr. Per is going to
choose the best question. So there's still time before I do that, but but we're going to go through some of those questions right now the live stream. Okay. I can't answer because my brain's not working. Yep. I saw one asked, "How do you know the difference between bioididentical
natural progesterone versus synthetic progesterone? How can someone know?" You're confus You're sorry. You're a little confused. Um the so the even the biioidentical progesterone that's
exactly like mama makes is created through somewhat of a synthetic process. I am sorry. There's no residue. They're really pure. The USP stuff is beyond pure. Um and we make sure we get it from the states, not
from China. Yeah. Um not from China. [laughter] Okay. What what's interesting the that wild yam the Mexican wild yam extract what's [clears throat] hard is catching them as they run. Uhhuh. They're they're pretty in the desert. No, what's what's interesting? So those
wild yams, they're very they have a lot of the protein called diosgenine. Yeah, diogen is the key. And diosgenine is what then becomes it can become testosterone or progesterone. And so that's where you're talking about a bit of a synthetic process where it's
not really a synthetic, it's more of a biochemical process. the most patients would think it would be because you're not waving a magic wand over it. Yeah. It's got to go through some process to become natural. Yeah. The biioidentical version. Yep. And so the testosterone compounded version was actually called testosterone
USP comes from the same exact source, Diogenine. But then the progesterone USP is the one you're wanting. That's the bioidentical natural version. Though some women I don't know Gary Young and I used to debate this all the time. I I don't think so. But some women
convert progesterone to testosterone, their levels get too high. I don't know if I believe that. Yeah. I can't see that happening. You can't backtrack progesterone into testosterone. Yeah. Once it goes one way, it doesn't
go back. Not that I know of. Yeah. Okay. Here's an interesting question then. Does the progesterone make you gain weight if you take the supplement? Is what they asked. All the big studies in my years of giving women natural progesterone know
it causes weight normalization or weight weight decrease usually. But there are some women who react like they're pregnant. They start eating everything inside. They feel pregnant and they gain weight. But they're rare. So if you're that woman, sorry, but that's rare.
Okay. I could see that as a kind of a feedback pathway of time to bulk up on nutrients and everything else. Your baby's coming. Yeah. Little little Finster. Interesting. Finer grouper. Finster. Finn [snorts] is my favorite of your grandchildren so far before my own.
Fine. I never say his name wrong. Yeah. He's the one that looks just like you. We love that. Um, okay. Someone asked about taking fem orally. Could you take that one orally? Oh gosh, no. You should never do that because we didn't get it approved for
oral use. I'm sure the taste is terrible, too. I'm sure yours is awful. Yeah. Yeah. No, no consideration at all came from that. I knew what young women were do were doing with Proestence Plus. Still are. Shame on you young women
users. Okay. They're cosmetic products is what they're all labeled for for cosmetic use. But banana banana fluids made for cosmetic use. Doesn't mean you can't eat the banana. Mhm. Okay. Make very very absorbent. a terrible point.
Yeah. The great thing with FEM, too, is it only has like four ingredients in it that's makes it very absorbable and very stable. Nuclear biochemical salt thing you've got in there that what what is that? I'm confused. I just made that up. There's one ingredient in there that has kind of a weird name, but not nuclear
natural. Nuclear salt. Yeah. Um we kind of answered this before, but they asked, "Do you prefer creams or pills or liquid progesterone or disease?" If you want if you don't want to spend a lot of money and you're not that bad, get our FEM. Yeah, it's the highest it's allowed by the FDA
for OTC products. It's really we max that thing out. It's right at the limit you get you put in there. You can't put more. Yeah, the literal limit of how much will dissolve in oil, which is kind of fun. Yep. Okay, this one she wanted to make
sure she was asking the question on her husband's account. So, we just make sure you keep that in mind. It came from John, just so you know. My question is, I was on progesterone while I was pregnant with my youngest and and during pmenopause. While pregnant, it was fine and I had no adverse reaction. During
parmenopause, it caused me severe bodyaches and pain. I got off it and was diagnosed with fibromyalgia. Once off, the pain was better, but not 100%. Any thoughts as to why this happened? Wasn't the progesterone? Yeah, you you probably had vitamin deficiencies post delivery. that
probably impacted it more. And certain vitamin deficiencies will cause fibromyalgia. The Let's not get in the whole fibromyalgia thing. I'll do another Facebook live about it. Yeah, I've got a n if you've got fibromyalgia, go visit the Facebook page I created for free treatment of fibromyalgia. It's called
End Fibromyalgia with natural options. I have 9,000 plus patients on there now. They get better. So, they'll tell you exactly what to do there. So, and do it for free. Mhm. They just want to help people. A lot of those women have been bedridden
all their lives, their adult lives. Now they're not. So, they want to help. Yeah. No, I think we're going to do a live with Lois from and the from that Facebook page sometime soon. Um, okay. Next [clears throat] question. I've had lots of breast tenderness on progesterone this time around. Is this a
ratio to estrogen issue? No. Do you want me to give you the wrong answer? So no is the right answer also because it's killing causing apoptosis of breast cancer cells. It's what it does. It pops those cells.
So if your breasts are tender, it's because you got a lot of premolignant breast tissue or you got fibroens breast tissue. It will get rid of that because it's a breast that's a level one breast cancer risk factor. Okay. Interesting. There's quite a few more questions. We can pause right now
and go through them. Pause because I am so tired. Yeah. No, that's okay. Go get do two more. Okay, two more. Um, if you haven't taken progesterone for over a year, can you jump right in at any age to begin taking it? Yes. Okay. Anytime you're good. Not in the morning.
Yeah. Right. Nighttime best. Fall asleep. Um, is it possible to take too much progesterone post menopause? What is good blood level? Uh, 10 to 20 nanogs per milliliter. Uh
or just the leader. Sorry. [laughter] All right. Well, yeah. Um yeah. Yeah. I'm falling asleep. You're falling asleep, right? It's all good. It's been a long morning question. [laughter] It's all good. We'll go We'll keep going through the questions and then we'll announce which one was your favorite
question in a Facebook post later. Make sure to tag that person. You guys know I go home at night after working my butt off all day. I There's a massive pile of charge I took home last night. Yeah, it was a big I was on it for about four hours. Mondays are hard after the weekend. All the questions coming in. I'm crawling.
This report overview covers rs2910397, rs2637125, steroid sulfation, DHEA, DHEAS, bile acids, and the report’s discussion of hormone and liver pathways.
