The 11 nonessential amino acids are:
* Alanine
* Arginine
* Asparagine
* Aspartic acid
* Cysteine*
* Glutamic acid
* Glutamine*
* Glycine*
* Proline
* Serine*
* Tyrosine
In the list I’ve starred the amino acids critical to the function of the Transsulfuration Pathway.
The creation of these non-essential amino acids are complex requiring many vitamins and other amino acids — easy to fall down in production. One deficiency can mess up more that one amino acid. If you’re tired or exhausted, then check your intracellular vitamins and amino acids — keep those levels as optimal as you can for better health, for optimal health.
LOOK HOW COMPLICATED THE FORMATION OF GLYCINE IS IN THE PICTURE ABOVE.
You can see how easy it is to become deficient in glycine. I see it all the time.
More on all this in about 28 hrs during my TIKTOK/FB LIVE -- 7pm MST here.
