Thyroperoxidase antibody (TPO Ab) — lab reference
The test method matters. Positive result supports thyroid autoimmunity but does not determine treatment alone.
Total T3 — lab reference
Affected by binding proteins and nonthyroidal illness.
Total T4 — lab reference
Affected by thyroid-binding globulin, pregnancy, estrogen, and medications.
TSH — lab reference
Adult interval. Pregnancy and pituitary disease require different interpretation.
TSI / TRAb — lab reference
Ask your clinician to use the exact assay cutoff. Helpful in selected Graves disease questions.
