One of the most heartbreaking diagnoses I see? Premature Ovarian Insufficiency (POI)

What's the most tragic diagnosis that you see that can be corrected with this test? Getting premature ovarian insufficiency or failure, which really crosses over in infertility issues. So, I'll get I've seen as young as 21 uh years old female in premature ovarian failure or they call it menop premature

menopause. That's not the correct terminology. It's ovarian failure. And no one supposedly the cause is unknown. It's not unknown. I I know what it is. It's a vitamin deficiency affecting your either your pituitary or ovarian function and you deal with those then their periods come back and they start

ovulating again so becomes normal. I've done this with hundreds of women. It's ridiculous unless they've been kicked in the ovaries or karate shop there or shot there or they don't have pituitary function. U but even that should have been diagnosed before they get to me. So though I did do 10 years of

endocrinology research in in a university in Southern California but uh with a US assistant surge in general. Yeah. And these women, they'll be 23 or 28 or 32 or 34, but they look 10 years older or 15 years older than they are. Um, the lack of vitamins and lack of

hormones will age them dramatically and quickly. Yeah. So, it's good. It's best this gets figured out pretty quick. But until you deal with their vitamin deficiencies, you you can't tell the real cause. And that's usually the real cause 99% of the time. Yeah, it might be potato. It might be ovarian, but you

kind of got to figure that out after you deal with these horrible vitamin deficiencies.
