Super oxide dismutase is incredible. If you have a lot of inflammation, you need to try it. Not like one or two or three. Try five. Try six. Usually five will do it and pile it on and find out if it breaks your inflammation. It's a lot better than suffering. It just has really has no
side effects. Actually has a lot of benefits to taking it then. And our glutathione work together too. By the way, they are sisters because sod takes the super oxide and turns it into hydrogen peroxide H2O2. That's drops
your pH. That's what we use to control our pH in our body. Glutathione comes along and sucks up the H2O2 and converts it into H2O and O2 water and oxygen. So, it makes it harmless or actually beneficial in that way too. Try the sod
if you have a lot of information just for fun. Um, we got big plans for it this next year. What we're going to do with it, we're going to get um gonna get busy with it. It's pretty fun. A lot of research behind it. No side effects. Won't hurt your kidneys. Won't hurt your
liver. Probably helps everything, I think. But anyway, this is Dr. Dan Perer. Thanks for listening.
