Folic Acid, is it toxic? Gary Brecka syas yes, but inly in 44% of the population. What about the rest? We have receptors for Folic Acid on our cells, but some have geneitc deficiencies that dont allow them to process it. Some, but not all. So in certain cases folic acid may be the only absorbable form of folate. Get your genes tested and look at intracellular levels to know for sure.
